The Ospreys have a strong pack, with experienced players providing the required leadership to take on a team like Leinster. Benetton started brightly but saw their early try attempt by Thomas Gallo, ruled out by TMO, as he lost the ball before grounding it. The Ospreys capitalised quickly, with Walsh scoring after a break by Evardi Boshoff, and Owen Williams added a penalty for a 10-point lead by the 20th minute. The hosts continued to dominate, with Kasende and Keiran Williams adding tries for a 24-0 halftime lead.
Despite losing hooker Lewis Lloyd to injury, the Ospreys remained in control, and after a scoreless third quarter, Walsh’s second try sealed the bonus point. Lowe, returning from injury, had a try disallowed, but Osborne grabbed his second of the match, intercepting the ball to score. The Stormers managed a consolation try through Evan Roos, but it was Leinster’s night as they extended their winning streak this season.
